Refund Policy

We at Versasoft believe in customer satisfaction and have great importance for it. If you are not satisfied with our services, let us know and we will try our best to resolve your problem at the earliest with highest priority. But even then if you are not satisfied, Versasoft offers a full refund to our customers, if refund request is made within 14 days of payment for our package (Not appilcable for basic plan, which will require customer to acknowledge services if it was satisfactory). We will retain credit/debit processing charges. After 14 days of product/service purchase payment there will not be any refund request approved.
